ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- Calogero Pisciotta, of Elmwood Park, died on Tuesday, June 28. He was 90.
Born in Italy, Pisciotta immigrated to the United States in 1973. He lived in Hawthorne before settling in Elmwood Park for the past 35 years. He was a machinist in the garment industry for 21 years, and retired in 1993.
He is survived by his wife, Paola Bonura; children Maria Mania and her husband Russell, and Carlo Pisciotta and his wife Lina; grandchildren Daniella, Paola and Alessandra Mania, and Charles and Giancarlo Pisciotta.
Visiting hours will be from 5 to 9 p.m. on Friday, July 1, at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, 274 Market St., in Elmwood Park. The funeral will be at 8 a.m. on Saturday from the funeral home, with a 9 a.m. funeral mass at St. Gerard's Church, West Broadway, in Paterson. Entombment will be in Calvary Cemetery, in Paterson.
