ELMWOOD PARK, N.J. -- People can get a free week of classes and help kick out hunger when they drop off food at a local self defense center in Elmwood Park.

The Art of Self Defense is collecting food donations through Nov. 21 to help those less fortunate. Food donations will be delivered to the Center for Food Action (CFA) in Saddle Brook. 

Anyone who makes a donation will get one free week of classes. All non-perishable food donations will be collected at our facility and delivered the week of Nov. 21.
