EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. – An unemployed East Rutherford man had child porn videos and photos on his computer when Cyber Crimes Unit detectives raided his home early Thursday, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.
A judge ordered Robert L. Morgan, 60, held without bail in the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance this Friday in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on child endangerment charges – to wit: trafficking in child pornography, the prosecutor said.
Grewal thanked the various municipal law enforcement agencies that temporarily assigned officers to the Cyber Crimes Task Force -- specifically the Palisades Park, Bogota, Lyndhurst and East Rutherford police departments.
