EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Dennis Rivelli was sworn in as East Rutherford's new police chief on Monday evening.
Rivelli replaces former chief, Larry Minda, and has 28 years of experience with the department.
He started as an officer at 22 years old and promoted to captain in 2009.
