She was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer after a friend found her unconscious and bleeding on the bathroom floor and called 911.
Regular chemotherapy is now part of her life as she fights cancer that's now metastasized into her lymph and vascular system.
Her husband died just before she was diagnosed and she's been fighting to get insurance through the Affordable Care Act.
"She’s private and would never ask for help, so I’m asking for her," her brother Ed Buzzie said on the GoFundMe page he launched.
"Anyone who knows my sister knows she’s a fighter."
Funds are needed to assist with necessary living overhead as well as medical expenses.
