What Makes It Patty Perfect: "We're the best; that's it," Mike Feldman said with a laugh. He's one of the owners of this family business, which opened in 2012.

"We only use one farm, for the last five years. It's consistency and very high-quality products," he added. The restaurant uses all natural American beef with no growth hormones that's ground daily.

TripAdvisor gives it a Certificate of Excellence for its consistently great reviews and ranks it No. 10 of 88 Ridgewood restaurants.
