RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- A Ridgewood police officer found a driver involved in a hit-and-run Tuesday afternoon.
Officer Raymond Tarino spotted the woman's heavily damaged vehicle, which police said hit two cars parked in the central business district a short time earlier.
Knudsen issued her at least one summons and called for a tow truck to remove her car. A second tow was required for one of the parked vehicles.
