RIDGEWOOD, N.J. — James F. Higgins, 68, of Ridgewood, has died.
He was born Feb. 19, 1948.
A visitation will be conducted from 2-7 p.m. Sunday at the C.C. Van Emburgh Funeral Home, 306 E. Ridgewood Ave., Ridgewood. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Gabriel's RC Church, 88 E. Saddle River Road, Saddle River. Interment to follow at the George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus.
