RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- The Tyler Clementi Institute for Internet Safety has begun at the New York Law School, NorthJersey.com reported.
The program was launched Oct. 3 and is the first pro bono law school clinic that represents victims of “cyberbullying” in the country, according to the story.
The institute was started in cooperation with the Tyler Clementi Foundation and is operated by Clementi’s parents, NorthJersey.com said. It aims to make lawyers available to advocate on behalf of victims in schools, corporate settings and courts in all 50 states, the story said.
