RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Ridgewood Parks and Recreation welcomes its youngest residents to its preschool yoga dance program, for children ages 3-5.
Instructor Ginger Monplaisir will explore thematic movements and incorporate yoga postures into the morning class.
Formal dance attire is not required.
Classes begin this week: Thursday mornings, 10 to 11 a.m. Six classes --Jan. 14, 21, 28; Feb. 4, 11 and 18.
Classes will be held at the Stable, 259 N. Maple Ave. Cost is $60/6 week session (non-residents $70). Register here or in person/by mail.
