Ridgewood Parks And Recreation Offers February Break Shows

RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- Ridgewood Parks and Recreation is offering several shows over the February school break.

  • Performer Mr. Jon will play guitar, and share songs and playful props while engaging and entertaining preschoolers on Tuesday, Feb. 16, at 11 a.m. The performance will take place at The Anne Zusy Youth Center, Village Hall, 131 N. Maple Ave.
  • On Wednesday, Feb. 17, 1 p.m., There will be a live animal presentation with "A touch of nature." Participants will experience the wonders of nature close up. They will study live animals, from the ordinary to the exotic, several which they may touch and pet. It will be at the Anne Zusy Youth Center, Village Hall. (Geared for grades K-5)

Admission for both shows is $5 for all attending. As seating is limited, it is suggested tickets be purchased in advance via CommunityPass (Visa/MasterCard), or in person (cash or check) at the Stable, 259 N. Maple Ave. weekdays between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m.
