RIDGEWOOD, N.J. -- The Ridgewood Public Library will host a forum offering tips for runners on Thursday, March 17, from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

The event, "From 5K to Marathon," will feature Ridgewood triathlete Elizabeth Kaplanis.
