Show times on Thursday and Friday are 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and Sunday at 5 p.m.

Started by Danielle Van Kampen, Per4ming heARTS is not the typical local theater event.

A 2013 graduate of Ramapo College of New Jersey and current graduate student at Montclair State University, Van Kampen was inspired to create the company while following her dream of owning her own theater company.

Its purpose is to make a difference in the community through the joy of musical theater. A worthwhile cause is selected and a portion of the proceeds from each production are donated to that organization. Sometimes it's a monetary donation. Other times, items are collected to give to different organizations.

Through the upcoming production, Per4ming heARTS is collecting new and gently used books for a local women's and children’s shelter.

To date, Per4ming heARTS has raised $2,500 to support local and national charities.

Tickets are $22 for adults, $20 for students and seniors and $18 for children. Bring Dad on Father's Day for $5.
