HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- The Hasbrouck Heights Police Department advises motorists to avoid the 300 block of Kipp Avenue between Burton and Terrace Avenues until 4 p.m. on Tuesday.

The street is closed for PSE&G utility work. Please plan alternate routes.
