Ridgefield Park Elks Club Raises Scholarship Money, Aids Boy Scouts

RIDGEFIELD PARK, N.J.– The Elks Lodge 1506 in Ridgefield Park will be raising scholarship money and aiding the village's Boy Scout troop with a weekend luau party and breakfast this weekend.

The luau will run from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday. 

Tickets are $20 per person. There will be a cash bar available. 

Proceeds will go to the Elks scholarship fund, according to the organization. 

On Sunday, the lodge is holding its monthly all you can eat breakfast from 8:30 a.m. until noon. 

There will be a build your own omelette station along with pancakes, French toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and potatoes, according to organizers. 

Coffee, tea and juice are included.

The breakfast costs $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12. 

Proceeds will be donated to the village Boy Scout troop. 

Non-pershiable food items will also be collected at the event to be donated to the local food pantry, organizers said.
