HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, N.J. -- A vacant office building on Route 17 will re-open as a Home2 Suites by Hilton, according to The Record.
The 120,000-square-foot structure will be converted into a 124-room extended-stay hotel with a targeted opening date of July 1, The Record reported.
Nimeet Patel of 377 Lasalle Group LLC purchased the property for $4.75 million from Touro University College of Medicine in Hackensack in March 2011, The Record said.
