Chopt Salad Co. Opens Montvale Location Chopt Creative Salad Co. is opening its newest New Jersey location next month in Montvale. The fast-casual salad chain will open the Montvale location at the Shoppes at DePiero Farms on Nov. 4. Chopt is collaborating with local partner, The Tri-Boro Food Pantry, and will be donating all proceeds from opening day to the pantry. The new location features 52 seats with a variety of seating options including private booths with collaborative-style tables.
