WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J -- Nadine Aljian Fatzinger, 51, of Allentown, Pa. and formerly of Washington Township, passed away July 3, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was 51.
She grew up in Washington Township, attended Westwood High School and graduated from Moravian College in 1987.
She worked for AT&T for 11 years and then became a consultant with Accenture Pre-paid Project at AT&T for 16 years. Nadine was an active member of St. Leon Armenian Church in Fair Lawn, and was the co-chairperson of the take-out division of St. Leon’s Annual Food Festival.
In Allentown, she volunteered at her daughter Allyson’s elementary school and Daisy Troop.
She was predeceased by her loing parents, Aram and Ann Aljian; and aunt and uncle Alyce and Ara Vartersesian.
She is survived by her husband of nine years, Brian; and daughter, Allyson.
Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at St. Leon Armenian Church 12-61 Saddle River Road, Fair Lawn with a wake service at 8 p.m.. there also will be visitation 10 a.m. Friday with an 11 a.m. funeral service at St. Leon. On Saturday, there will be visiting from 9-11 a.m. with prayer service at 11 a.m. at J.S. Burkholder Funeral Home, 1601 Hamilton St., Allentown, with interment to follow at Cedar Hill Memorial Park in Allentown..
