Shaun Weiss, who was born in Montvale and now lives in California, turns 36 on Thursday, Aug. 27.
Weiss, an actor best known for his role as Greg Goldberg in the "Mighty Ducks" series, was born Aug. 27, 1979.
Weiss began his acting career at the age of 7 with a stint on "Pee-Wee's Playhouse," and has worked steadily in film and TV ever since. Along with appearances in the three "Mighty Ducks" films, he starred in "Heavyweights", appeared on "Freaks and Geeks" and "Drillbit Taylor," and has been featured in commercials for Captain Morgan, ESPN and Verizon Wireless.
