Enjoy Soulful Hatha Yoga At Zion Lutheran

WESTWOOD, N.J. -- Zion Lutheran Early Childhood Center will host six sessions of hatha yoga in early 2016. 

Hatha yoga promotes a calm, peaceful self while building physical strength and flexibility. 

Core stressing alignment to help build a strong foundation is emphasized when exploring and teaching traditional poses, breath techniques and guided meditation. 

The non-competitive sessions are open to individuals with all levels of experience. 

Sessions will run from Jan. 6 through Feb. 10 from 7:30 to 8:45 p.m. 

The cost for six sessions is $90.
