Visit the 5.5-acre borough farm for an afternoon of marshmallow roasts, cider, pumpkin picking and painting, storytelling and music.
The farm, a Green Acres property maintained by John Mac Caffrey, previously was owned by prize-winning-dog breeder Ken Mac Bain. Today, it primarily is an educational garden.
The event is from 3-5 p.m. and is sponsored by the Closter Environmental Commission. Bring a blanket or chair.
