River Edge Man Charged With Dealing in Teterboro Heroin Bust

RIVER EDGE, N.J. -- An undercover drug buy in Teterboro led to the arrest of a River Edge man who authorities said was distributing heroin throughout Bergen County.

Detectives found 23-year-old Austin Ocampo staying at a residence in Newark yesterday and took him into custody, Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli.

Ocampo, who the prosecutor said is single and unemployed, was ordered held on $25,000 bail in the Bergen County Jail.

Members of the prosecutor's Narcotic Task Force began investigating Ocampo after receiving a tip three months ago, Molinelli said.

In July, the undercover heroin buy was made, he said.
