Oradell Firefighters Kick Off Training With Jeopardy-Style Quiz

ORADELL, N. J. -- For their first training session of the year on Monday, Oradell firefighters mixed it up a little bit by playing a Jeopardy-style quiz game to test firefighting knowledge.

Using online training resources, firefighters put together questions on a game board similar to what's used on the popular TV show "Jeopardy." They broke into three teams, and like the show, points were added or taken away depending on the answer. They even played Daily Double and Final Jeopardy.

Training for firefighters is twice a month, and drills decided according to weather.To advance training, firefighters also make use of online resources.
