PARAMUS, N.J. -- Roseann C. Wirth, a resident of Paramus and formerly of Bergenfield and Fleischmanns, N.Y., died Wednesday, April 6. She was 89.
Before retiring in 1993, she worked for Holy Name Hospital in Teaneck for more than 25 years as a personnel supervisor. She volunteered with Pre-Cana and Eucharistic minister at St. John the Evangelist RC Church in Bergenfield and after moving to Fleischmanns, she continued to be a Eucharistic minister at Sacred Heart RC Church in Margaretville, N.Y.
She is survived by her children, Dennis Wirth of Paramus, Michael Wirth and his wife, Linda of Paramus and Thomas Wirth and his wife, Kathy of Brick; grandchildren, Kristina and her husband Derek, Dennis J., Michael G., Steven and Kristen.
She was predeceased by her husband, Harold Wirth; her daughter-in-law Kathleen; and her sister Catherine Rowan.
The funeral service will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Vander Plaat Memorial Home, followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass at Our Lady of the Visitation R.C. Church, Paramus. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.
