The New Jersey Department of Education has named the top 21 educators in the state. The department released the list of the 2024-25 New Jersey County Teachers of the Year on Tuesday, Aug. 6. The New Jersey Department of Education released its list of top 21 teachers in the state. One teacher from each county was selected as a finalist for the department's Teacher of the Year award. Fair Lawn Sisters From Family Of Educators Are Both 'Teachers Of The Year'
FAIR LAWN, N.J. -- Two sisters from Fair Lawn were both named "Teacher of the Year" in New Jersey. Kelly Braff, 29, teaches Kindergarten at the Radburn Elementary School. Her sister, 27-year-old Tracy Osback, teaches first grade in Guttenberg. Kelly was the first of the two to discover she earned this year's award (representing the Radburn School).
