Rockland Officials Stage Menorah-Lighting Ceremony NEW CITY, N.Y. -- Rockland County officials participated in the annual menorah lighting Friday outside the Allison-Parris County Office Building in New City. The event brought together ‪‎Rockland‬ County Executive Ed Day with fellow elected officials and local Jewish leaders.
