West Milford Republicans Choose Castronova, Gerst For Council

WEST MILFORD, N.J. – Republicans Steven Castronova and Patricia M. Gerst came out on top during the party’s primary election to fill a pair of two-year terms on the township council Tuesday.

No democrats filed to run.

Castronova and Gerst edged out fellow republicans Michele A. Dale and Vivienne Erk.

Here is how the votes stacked up, according to unofficial results from the Passaic County Clerk’s Office:

  • Steven Castronova … 874
  • Patricia M. Gerst … 816
  • Michele A. Dale …. 771
  • Vivienne Erk … 762
