POMPTON LAKES, N.J. -- Claire Friedman, 64, of Pompton Lakes, died Wednesday, Oct. 12.
She was born in 1952.
She was employed with Cablevision for 12 years as a senior construction department coordinator. She had battled cancer for the last several years. Her strong will and courage to fight was admired by all.
She is survived by her mother, Estelle Friedman; sister, Paula Scoppetta and brother-in-law, Michael Scoppetta.
In lieu of flowers, the family have requested donations to be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
