Ronald Kraus in March 2017 was charged with sexual assault by sexual contact and child endangerment, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal said.

He was sentenced to five years' probation, drug and alcohol monitoring along with counseling after pleading guilty to third degree child endangerment in August 2018, the State Board of Examiners said.

Kraus, who is single, was a substitute teacher in several, Teaneck, Ridgefield Park and Westwood.

The 43-year-old said the girl jumped in his lap and began gyrating, causing him to become aroused, before cupping her buttocks in mid-air and possibly again when he picked her up, NorthJersey.com reports
