WEST MILFORD, N.J. — Contamination cleanup at the West Milford Municipal Complex will resume this fall, northjersey.com reports, with roughly 88 yards of soil to be removed.
The contamination is the result of a fuel spill that occured while removing an underground fuel tank about 15 to 20 years ago, according to the report.
The municipal council approved a $32,000 contract for the final phase of the clean up, the article said.
