Rain In North Passaic Could Make For Damp Veterans Day

PASSAIC COUNTY, N.J.. -- At the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month, Veterans Day is celebrated each year, come rain, sleet, snow or hail. Outdoor ceremonies around Passaic County area will honor members of the armed forces who have died in the line of duty.

Looks like it'll be a rainy Veterans Day but that's no reason to skip the ceremonies Tuesday at 11 a.m. in most towns.
