BLOOMINGDALE, N.J. -- Library patrons in Bloomingdale can stop by the circulation desk and enter a jelly bean contest for every book they check out. Each book check out allows for one entry in the Guess the Number Jelly Beans contest. A jar filled with the candy is on the circulation desk.
Winners will be announced March 31.
People can also write on the heart cut-outs about why they love the library.
