Zumba Is Coming To West Milford In Late June

WEST MILFORD, N.J. --West Milford Community Services & Recreation will be starting Zumba classes on Wednesdays, beginning June 29.

The sessions are for people of all ages and all levels, and no experience is necessary. "Zumba is a seriously fun way to burn 400-700 calories in an hour while listening to great music," organizers note.

The classes are free for those with a Bubbling Springs Lake membership, or $30 for non-members, for the six-week class. You can register through Community Pass, here; in person at the Rec Office, at 66 Cahill Cross Rd.; and by phone, by calling the Rec Office at 973-728-2860.

The classes are from 9-10 a.m. on Wednesdays, June 29 through August 3. The classes will be held at Bubbling Springs Lake.
