WEST MILFORD, N.J. — Congratulations to Laura Brescia of West Milford, the winner of the first ever Daily Voice Passaic County Photo Contest.
Brescia’s photo -- "Snowy Pinecliff Lake" -- will be the new banner of the DV Passaic County Facebook page.
The photo earned 44 percent of votes, with Jon Riehl’s photo of Monksville Reservoir in Ringwood trailing in second place with 20 percent of votes (results: CLICK HERE ).
