West Milford Library To Host Pearl Harbor Remembrance Program

WEST MILFORD, N.J. – This year marks the 75th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor, and the West Milford Township Library is commemorating the occasion by inviting the public to a special program.

On Tuesday, Nov. 29 from 7 to 8 p.m. the library will host a presentation by James P. Kane, a captain in the Marine Corps Reserve and an adjunct professor at William Paterson University in Wayne.

Together, those in attendance will remember Dec. 7, 1941, listen to music from the wartime period, and view slides of the Pearl Harbor attack and of the present-day USS Arizona Memorial.
