NJAG members will be setting up telescopes for viewing by the general public.
As skies darken and the moon sets celestial bodies like Jupiter, star clusters, double stars, and a likely a few galaxies will be visible.
The evening will start with an educational film in front of the Barn at dusk as NJAG sets up their equipment in the field out back. They will answer questions and point out many of the wonders of the universe.
All are welcomed and educators are encouraged to attend.
Cloud cover will cancel the stargazing portion of the event but the education film will be shown rain or shine.
Friends of Wallisch is located at 65 Lincoln Ave.
