The event gives food lovers an easy opportunity to try new places.
"Pompton Lakes has developed into quite a treat for foodies over the last several years," said Robert Walker, head of the Pompton Lakes Business Improvement District's Marketing Committee.
"You can find a wide variety of restaurants from small mom-and-pop eateries to fine multi-course dining, all serving delicious food."
Samples of these deals include 10 percent off your dinner bill at Mr. Sushi; one order of pancakes and another at half price, at the Cardinal Cafe; and 15 percent off your bill of $25 or more at Frank's Pizza.

To get the deals, mention "Restaurant Week deal" to your server or show him them the flyer, either in hard-copy or on your phone. Taxes and tips are not included, so tip your server on the full bill amount, before applying the deal. This also can't be combined with other offers.
