NORWOOD, N.J. — The Norwood Parent Teacher Organization hosted its fifth annual carnival Thursday through Sunday.
Highlights included:
- Rides and games for children of all ages;
- Food grilled to order, as well as traditional carnival fare;
- Special booths, including face painting, glitter tattoos, ball toss and a dunk tank featuring local coaches, teachers and police officers.
Proceeds from the carnival are used to enhance Norwood PTO programs and enrich children’s educational experiences. Past and ongoing programs include cultural arts education, arts and music programs, Author Day, the purchase of educational technology assets and teacher and administrator appreciation events.
