NORWOOD, N.J. — Author and Illustrator Michael Dooling will be visiting Norwood Public School on Wednesday for grades 3-5.
Over the past 20 years, Dooling has illustrated for organizations such as Scholastic, HarperCollins, Puffin Books, Henry Holt, Holiday House, Readers Digest, The United States Post Office and Disney.
His works include over 60 books, mostly on history subjects, and some have been featured at the Norman Rockwell Museum, the Delaware Art Museum, and the Society of Illustrators.
Dooling will be making an appearing at Norwood Public Schools Feb. 24 to give students a behind the scenes look at how he goes about his work as an author and illustrator.
Some of his books will also be sold at the event for $10 per book.
