Judge Dismisses Complaint Against Assistant Bergen County Prosecurtor

BERGEN COUNTY, N.J. - A county judge dismissed a complaint Friday against Executive Assistant Prosecutor Frank Puccio, in connection with a 2014 case involving baseball memorabilia.

The judge dismissed the complaint made against Puccio on the recommendation of Passaic County Chief Assistant Prosecutor Paul DeGroot, who was brought in to review it, According to NorthJersey.com. 

The newspaper says that the complaint was made by William Brennan, a former Teaneck firefighter who has been at odds with outgoing Bergen County Prosecutor John L. Molinelli. 

Brennan alleged that Puccio had made false statements regarding the authentication of the memorabilia.
