NORWOOD, N.J. -- Joseph Francis Crowley, who grew up in Norwood, died Wednesday, Dec. 2, He was 45.
He spent his career as a Baltimore police officer, and served as a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve.
He was born in Englewood and was a 1988 graduate of Bergen Catholic High School, where he served as Junior Class President. He also was a 1992 graduate of Stetson University in Deland, Fla.
He s survived by his daughters, Hannah Barbara and Emily Lea; his mother Barbara; his brothers, John F. Crowley; Jason Louis Baptiste; and his sisters-in law, Aileen Crowley and Lauren Baptiste. He is also survived by nieces and nephews,
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Sunday at the Pizzi Funeral Home, 120 Paris Ave., Northvale. The funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sacred Heart Church, 102 Park St., Haworth. He will be interred beside his father’s gravesite at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Tenafly immediately following the Mass.
