HARRINGTON PARK, N.J. — PSE&G is working to upgrade gas facilities along Harriet Avenue in Harrington Park.
Almost 1.5 miles of aging cast-iron gas pipes will be replaced with new, durable plastic and/or coated steel piping, ensuring the continued safety and reliability of the gas system well into the future.
Work will take place Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m., with the potential for Saturday work.
The gas main replacement portion of the work is expected to be complete in December. The paving and street restoration is expected to be completed in the spring of 2017.
