Closter Officials Predict October Opening For Whole Foods, Target

CLOSTER, N.J.– Construction on two new Closter Plaza businesses are ahead of schedule, officials said.

The developer, Edens, Inc., announced that Whole Foods and Target will open on Oct. 19, Mayor John C. Glidden said.

"More businesses are moving into their new spaces and ribbon cuttings and mini-grand openings are taking place," he said.

Bareburger, Starbucks, and 18|8 also joined Closter Plaza. 

A major ribbon cutting ceremony is planned for the Whole Foods and Target openings, Glidden said.
