NORWOOD, N.J. -- Commander Fred Reiman and Steven Minch of the Norwood American Legion Post 272 met with Angela Kohout and Madeline Murillo, two young authors who wrote a book about a veteran with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
The book, "Daddy's Heart, My Heart, The Purple Heart," has drawn rave reviews including state citations and a letter from the White House.
The Norwood American Legion learned about the book after the Bergen County American Legion sent them a copy.
After meeting with Kohout and Murillo, Reiman and Minch purchased 50 copies and agreed to donate them to local teachers, schools and libraries in the Norwood area.
