OLD TAPPAN, N.J. -- Happy birthday to Jon Hensley, formerly of Old Tappan.
The daytime soap star was born Aug. 26, 1965 and turns age 52 on Saturday.
Hensley is best known for his role as Holden Snyder on the CBS Daytime Soap Opera “As the World Turns,” a role he held from 1985 until the show’s final episode in 2010.
He also portrayed Dr. Meade on “The Bold and the Beautiful” from 2012-13.
His acting career has also led to roles on “Beverly Hills 90210,” “Almost Perfect,” and the USA Network television movie “Wounded Heart.”
Hensley married “As the Word Turns” co-star Kelley Menighan and the couple have three children. They live in Los Angeles.
