A winning Cash4Life ticket was sold at Shoprite at Essex Green on Prospect Avenue in West Orange, New Jersey lottery officials said Tuesday.

The winning ticket matched five white balls in the Monday, April 22 drawing. The second-place winner is good for a prize of $1,000 a week, up to $1 million. Top prize is $1,000 a day for life, up to $7 million.

The winning numbers were: 17, 20, 24, 33 and 57. The Cash Ball was: 04.
