HAWORTH, N.J. -- Seniors in Haworth who need rides can call the town for a lift five days a week.
This ongoing arrangement has been available to seniors for several years.
The Haworth Senior Van is available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for doctor's appointments, hospital visits, grocery shopping and mall shopping.
Seniors can call (201) 385-3577, leave a message on the answering machine and John will call back.
