NORWOOD, N.J. -- Register today for the 11th running of the Norwood Fast & Flat 5K on Saturday, Oct. 24, at 9:30 a.m.
Registration for the USATF-NJ sanctioned and certified 500-point Grand Prix Event is online only this year and guarantees a high-quality long sleeve tech tee.
This year, one can register teams of eight or more, with the fastest three teams (the lowest combined time of the five fastest members per team) to receive awards.
Each team member will also receive $5 off registration.
Bring a running club or form a team to compete for the fastest team awards.
All walkers and dog walkers are also welcome, and, as always, the fun run for kids is free, with each child receiving a ribbon at the finish of the 4/10ths of a mile course (once around the outer paved path of Kennedy Field).
