"Creative Conflicts: Live Art Battle" stars local visual artists painting and drawing in a multi-round live art-producing competition. The artists have two 45-minute rounds in which to complete their pieces in front of an audience.

Audience members will not need to provide a thumbs up or thumbs down, as the center will provide tickets. Tickets then go into a raffle, making the voters eligible to win a painting.

The free event is from 6-9 p.m.

The speakers presenting at the first event are Kadie Dempsey, director of arts in Community/Creative Placemaking with Morris Arts in Morris County, and David Garsia, owner, The Art Factory in Paterson.

Registration is required and can be done online.

Bergen PAC is at 30 N. Van Brunt St., Englewood.
