HAWORTH, N.J. -- The Borough of Haworth and the CSX rail company hope to team up to repair a deteriorating pedestrian tunnel that runs under tracks that carry millions of gallons of crude oil, according to NorthJersey.com.
Inspectors have said the tunnel is structurally sound and can support trains, but said the tunnel needs rehabilitation due to falling masonry, NorthJersey.com reported.
